The Neshannock Township Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a meeting for January 15, 2024, at 7:00 P.M., in accordance with the Municipal Planning Code. The purpose of this meeting is for the Planning Commission to conduct a thorough review and provide comments to the Board of Supervisors regarding the following matters:

A formal request for a hearing challenging the Zoning Ordinance of Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania (Ordinance No. 2013-2), along with a proposed curative amendment.

The property under consideration is owned by Louis and Janet K. Pomerico, residing at 1146 Chapin Road, Neshannock Twp PA 16105. The specific location of the property is 1151 Old Pulaski Road, Neshannock Twp PA 16105, identified by Tax Parcel ID# 25-419800. The request involves the utilization of approximately 80 acres for the establishment of a Principal Solar Energy System.

The Neshannock Township Planning Commission has slated the meeting to take place at the Neshannock Township Municipal Complex, located at 3131 Mercer Road, Neshannock Township, PA 16105.
