Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) meets as necessary at the Township Municipal Building to hear and decide appeals, and to hear and grant variances and special exceptions to the Township's Zoning Ordinance. The role of the ZHB is mandated by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
Members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors upon any vacancy.
The Neshannock Township Zoning Hearing Board’s Regular Meetings for 2023 will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 P.M as needed. The Zoning Hearing Board will meet at the Neshannock Township Municipal Building, 3131 Mercer Road, Neshannock Township, PA 16105.
